Thomas Cheek finds great purpose in his role at White Oak, where he works to keep the church building clean, fresh, and welcoming for everyone who walks through the doors. For Thomas, it’s more than a job—it’s a way to give back to the place that helped raise him.
• Family: Thomas has been married to Emily for 6 years, and together for 11. They have a 5-year-old son named Adam.
• Hobbies: He enjoys hiking, playing golf and disc golf, listening to music, and cheering on the Bengals. He also loves playing musical instruments and has a talent for piano tuning.
• Fun Fact: Thomas has a strong visual memory—he can recall sequences or numbers after just one glance.
• Favorite White Oak Memory: His heart is still deeply connected to the church's Student Programs, especially Prime Time, Adelphia, and CIY Move conferences.
• Favorite Scripture: Romans 5:8 – “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” It’s a verse that’s stayed with him for years.
