At White Oak, we believe that being in community is one of the best ways to practice being with Jesus. Life Groups are designed to help you, connect with others, and keep Jesus at the center of your life.

We all abide in something.
We seek comfort, peace, and joy in our routines, habits, or distractions. But Jesus invites us to something far greater—to abide in Him.

Abiding isn’t about squeezing Jesus into the margins of our busy lives. It’s about making Him the center of everything. It’s about making your home with Jesus.

The reward for following Jesus is not a list of blessings or benefits—the reward is Jesus Himself. 💛
The sheer joy of friendship with Him.
The peace of being rooted in His love.
The life that comes from staying connected to the Vine.

This week, take time to be with Jesus. Sit with Him. Let Him speak to you, teach you, direct you, and above all, love you.

📖 Prepare Your Heart for Sunday
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me, you can do nothing.” – John 15:5

What are you abiding in? Where do you turn in quiet moments to find peace, comfort, or joy?

Jesus invites us to abide in Him—to make our home in His presence. Just as branches draw life from the vine, we’re invited to stay connected to Jesus daily so that our lives can bear fruit that lasts.

Take a moment this week to reflect on John 15:1-8 and ask yourself:
👉 What would it look like for me to make my home in Jesus?

Let’s prepare our hearts together for Sunday. We’ll see you then!
